CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
(Work Location: Jl. Peta Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains safe and clean front desk area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Scheduling for internal and external meeting.
- Prepare documents for customer and any corresponding issue.
Qualifications:
- Female, Age maximum 27 years old.
- Minimum D3 graduated.
- Minimum 3 years experiences.
- Good Attitude, Honest, Hard Working, Trustworthy, and Well Organized.
- Self-motivation and driven.
- Able to speak in English.
- Familiar operating computer.
- Good listener, Phone skills.
- Resides in Jakarta Barat or Tangerang Area.
