- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Can speak English both verbal and non-verbal
- Having knowledge in automotive industries will be an advantanges

- Having good communication skills
- Has passion working with fast growing internet company

Job Description:
- Handle customer complaints by online and offline
- Maintain good relationship with the clients
- Follow up-up the Q & A from clients
