R&D Manager – Cosmetics Industry

Our client, a leading expert in the cosmetics industry, is looking for a highly skilled R&D Manager to join their team. This role requires a dynamic and innovative leader with a strong background in Research & Development, particularly in skincare products.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D for the cosmetics industry, specifically in skincare.
✔ At least 5 years in a managerial role (Manager/Assistant Manager).
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
✔ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
✔ Highly innovative, self-motivated, with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔ Expertise in formulation, testing, and production processes (small and large scale).
✔ Familiarity with cosmetic product registration, Traditional Medicine (OT), and Household Health Supplies (PKRT) regulations.
✔ Knowledge of Halal certification processes.
